Jennifer Aniston Cuts Her Hair

Jennifer Aniston debuted a new do while promoting her new comedy "Just Go With It" in Madrid. I love a lob (long bob) - as you can tell from my updated Twitter avatar...it's my signature style. But I'm not digging it on Jen. Is it just me or does it make her look older? She looks tired, right? Perhaps the the lighter blond is washing her out a bit. I think a little lipstick would have helped to sell me on this new look.

I've heard time and time again that "women of a certain age" should wear their hair shorter...well, if this doesn't disprove that myth, I don't know what does.

This haircut probably seemed like a fun idea at the time, but I predict that Jen will soon regret it (kinda like her fling with John Douchebag Mayer).

What do you think? Does Jen's new cut make the cut?

Teacher Cuts Braid Because 7 Year Old Won't Stop Playing With Her Hair!

This is a damn shame. A Milwaukee teacher cut off a 7-year-old's braid after she absentmindedly kept playing with her hair. Um, isn't that what 7-year-olds do...act up? If a teacher can't handle a fidgety first grader, then she should probably look for a new line of work.

If I had a daughter and she came home from class with less hair than she went to school with, I'd be real tempted to schedule a parent/teacher "conference"...and make sure she didn't have any hair when she showed up for work the next day.

Willow Smith's Rihanna Hairstyle

I have issues with children sporting grown-up hairstyles. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for children expressing their individuality - but when I see toddlers and young kids with over-styled hair, I can't help but feel that it's the wackadoo parents expressing themselves through their offspring.

So when I saw photos of Will, Jada and their brood at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert, I threw up my hands. Jaden's untamed afro appears that it might swallow his head whole, but he's 11 and that's the kind of style the kids are into right now. Willow's hair, on the other hand, is a whole nuther story.

I don't care who the parents are...no 9-year-old should have a Rihanna haircut. I don't know what Jada was thinking to let someone shave half of her baby's head. That poor child is gonna have one hell of a time growing that mess out. You would have thought Jada would have learned something from Cassie's tress transgressions.

What are your thoughts on minors with major hairstyles?

Cassie Sure Is Getting Mileage Out Of Her Shaved Hairdo

When Cassie shaved the side of her head, I was all, "There goes your social life."

But I have to admit that she sure is keeping it interesting with the hairstyles she's pulling off. A few weeks ago, she shaved some designs in the stubble. Now she's sporting a bun and a pompadour. Go head with your bad self, Cassie.

Rihanna Shaves Her Head...Part Of It, Anyway

In case you hadn't heard/seen, Rihanna pulled a Cassie and shaved the sides and back of her head. I have to admit that she looks badass rocking the hawk, but that grow-out phase is gonna be awkward.

The Curious Case of Taraji P. Henson's Hair

Back in the days of the 2009 Oscars and Independent Spirit Awards, I had a serious thing for Taraji P. Henson’s hair. So when she showed up to the MTV Movie Awards rocking a Jenny Humphrey mullet, I was all, "Oh no she didn't kick ole Bob to the curb!"

But I have to admit that her new edgy do is growing on me.

And how does she get her hair to shine like the top of the Chrysler Building? I wouldn’t be surprised if her secret shine weapon was Moroccanoil Gold Glimmer Shine. That spray is beyond compare!

Cameron Diaz Did NOT Pull A Britney For My Sister's Keeper

In her latest film, My Sister's Keeper, Cameron Diaz plays the mother of a girl battling leukemia. In a particularly poignant scene, her character shaves her locks in an act of solidarity with her eldest daughter. But don't be fooled. Cammie didn't actually pull a Britney. It was just a wig cap and some clever movie magic.

She tells Metro newspaper, "If I shaved my head and my hair was this long right now, they would have me in a lab somewhere. Kerastase or L'Oreal would have already taken me somewhere."

Robert Pattinson: Is His Hotness In The Hair?

Robert Pattinson is famous, first, for his breakout role in the movie Twilight. Second, he's known for his matted mane.

This hirsute heartthrob incites riots. 10-year-olds beg to be bitten. And crazed fans flock him, resulting in run-ins with New York City cabs.

Just when discussion of Zac Efron's carefully constructed coiff hit a fever pitch, talk of Rob's tousled, borderline ratnesty do monopolized the conversation. Much of the articles written about Robert reference his signature style, which begs the question: Is Robert Pattinson's hotness in his hair?

With the help of Daily Makeover's Makover Studio, I've photoshopped some other celebrity hairstyles onto Rob's noggin. You decide...hot or not?

Kristen Stewart Lets Her Hair Down

The other day, I posted some photos of Twilight star Kristen Stewart's new cropped, black coiff.

In those pics, her hair was pulled back and she seemed a little camera shy about revealing her new short cut.

But today, Kristen let her hair down - proudly rocking her Joan Jett inspired shag/mullet. It also appears that she's embracing the role through her wardrobe.

Kristen Stewart Cuts Her Hair & Dyes It Jett Black!

For her upcoming role as Joan Jett in The Runaways (yeah...Philly in the house!), Twilight star Kristen Stewart chopped her locks and dyed 'em black.

Rumor has it that filming for Eclipse, the third installment in the Twilight saga, will begin in August 2009. Kristen's hair, obviously, won't be back to its normal length by then - so I'm waiting to see how the hair team plans to remedy this conundrum.

Kim Kardashian's Short Cut

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me...you can't get fooled again.

When Kim Kardashian unveiled the above photo on Twitpic.com, I knew she was just playin'. Remember her 'blonde' do back in April?

Turns out celeb hairstylist Ken Paves was behind Kim's cropped bob. It was all a part of a tress transformation for an upcoming issue of O Magazine.

Halle Berry's New Cropped Coif

Halle Berry looks amazing no matter what she's got going on with her hair, save for her recent Harper's Bazaar cover. (Whose harebrained idea was it to put a Raquel Welch-esque wig on Halle Berry?)

But I'm absolutely loving the new short do she debuted yesterday. When you've got a face like Halle's, a cropped coif that frames her delicate features seems like a no-brainer.

What do you think of Halle's return to short hair?

R&B Babe Cassie Pulls A Half Britney

R&B singer Cassie has hair that some girls (me) would kill for. So I'm absolutely shocked that homegirl just up and decided to shave half of her head. What would possess her to do such a thing? A lot tof people have been asking that question, to which Cassie responded on Twitter:

"B/C I WOKE UP AND FELT LIKE IT!!! YEEEAHHH!!!"

Let's hope this strange behavior isn't followed by outright cries for help...like attacking cars with an umbrella or palling around with Adnan Ghalib.

Can We Talk Taraji For A Minute?

I am loving Taraji P. Henson's bob right now. And she obviously loves it too. Can't you tell?

The face-framing cut and sideswept bang are so flattering. I appreciate that Taraji isn't trying to go all Rihanna and experiment with a whole lotta looks. She's just letting her do do it's thang. If I had the chutzpah to chop my locks, I would take Taraji's photo to my mane man, Erik.
