As she pushes forth with her successful career, Katie Holmes was spotted out for a business meeting in Beverly Hills, CA on Thursday afternoon (September 1).
The chic "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" actress was in high spirits as she took to a local office building for the midday work-related get-together.
Meanwhile, Miss Holmes recently spoke with press about how April is her favorite time of year - because it's when she gave birth to daughter Suri Cruise.
The 32-year-old explained, "My daughter's birthday is my favorite time of year and I like to dedicate April to her. Suri really helped to plan her party. I want her to be happy, so she picks out the things and we make the cake together."
Katie added, "And she's very, very good at it. She wanted her friends to come over, so we had a barbecue and she decorated all the tables and made cards for the little girls. It really was sweet. I don't want to stop that."
