Stepping out while celebrating her 24th birthday, Hilary Duff was spotted visiting a veterinary clinic in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday (September 28).
The “Beauty and the Briefcase†babe looked adorable in jeans, a t-shirt and zip-up hoodie paired with a darling hat as she made her way outside the building with sister Haylie following behind.
At one point, one of the usually pesky paparazzi approached Duff to give her some birthday flowers - which Hil graciously took with a big smile.
Taking to Twitter earlier today, the actress wrote, “Yay. Thanks soooooo much for all the bday love y'all! It's so nice and I feel so special!â€
