Keeping herself in top form, Ashley Tisdale was spotted hitting the gym in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (September 29).

The “Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure” hottie looked like she’d worked up a good sweat as she made her exit in a grey tank top and black shorts.

Earlier in the week, Ashley shared her love and admiration for gal pal Demi Lovato as she sang her hit song “Skyscraper” on “Dancing with the Stars.”
