Following the trend of Marine Corps Ball celebrity invites, Sergeant Dustin L. Williams has extended an invitation to none other than Scarlett Johansson.
Much the same as those who have gone before him, Williams put together a home-edited YouTube video to share his thoughts.
He began, “Scarlett Johansson, it would be my pleasure to take you to the Marine Corps Ball and spend an evening with you.â€
Williams added, "It would truly be an honor not only for me but also my fellow Marines ... Not only does it show their support for our troops, but it also [boosts] the morale of Marines as a whole."
Dustin also says he’ll understand if she can’t make it. "I would not believe the invitation would be denied without good cause. With her current career I would imagine Scarlett Johansson is a busy woman ... Nothing ventured, nothing gained."
