Kinnear, Arkin, Crudup attached themselves to "The Convincer"

The trio of Greg Kinnear "As Good as It Gets", veteran actor Alan Arkin "Little Miss Sunshine" and Billy Crudup "Public Enemies" have come on board the indie crime drama "The Convincer," to be directed by Jill Sprecher ("Clockwatchers," "Thirteen Conversations About One Thing")

The movie which Sprecher will be directing from a script she co-wrote with her sister Karen Sprecher, is about a desperate insurance salesman whose scheme to get a hold of a rare violin leads to unforeseen consequences.

Werc Werk Works' Mary Frances Budig, Christine Walker and Elizabeth Redleaf will produce the movie.

Shooting is scheduled to begin in the Minneapolis area on the 8th of February.
