After we heard that she will be starring alongside Ryan Reynolds in comedy movie "TMI," now Anna Faris is reported by THR.com to be in negotiations with Touchstone to star as Robin Williams' daughter in romantic comedy "Wedding Banned." Busy, Busy!
The movie script which was written by "Raising Helen" co-writers Jack Amiel and Michael Begler is about a long-divorced couple who kidnap their daughter "Faris" on her wedding day in order to keep her from making the same mistake they've made. The divorced parents end up reviving their relationship as they elude cops and the angry groom.
Williams will play the father, while the cast for the mother is still unknown.
Mandeville's David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman are producing alongside Nicole Rocklin and Blye Faust, and Touchstone's Kristin Burr. Director for the movie has not been announced yet.
